What is your return policy for kitchenware?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused kitchenware in its original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, food items and opened spices cannot be returned.

Are your knives dishwasher safe?

To maintain the longevity and sharpness of your blades, we strictly recommend hand-washing with mild soap and drying immediately. High heat and detergents in dishwashers can damage the steel and handle materials.
