At Andy Cooks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kitchen essentials; if your order isn't up to scratch, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-perishable goods and hardware. To ensure food safety, please note that we cannot accept returns on opened pantry staples or specialty ingredients once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Email our culinary support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
